Refund Policy

At The Imaginative Me, we are committed to providing thoughtful, professional, and high-quality creative services. Because our work involves strategy, consultation, design, and custom project development, refunds are handled differently than physical products.

 

Project Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure project scheduling, research, planning, and preparation time. Once a project has been scheduled and work has begun, these resources cannot be recovered.

 

Custom Creative Services

All services provided by The Imaginative Me are customized to each client’s specific needs. Due to the nature of creative and strategic work, refunds are generally not available for completed work, partially completed work, consultations, strategy sessions, design services, marketing services, website development, content creation, or advertising services.

 

Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time.

If cancellation occurs before work has begun, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

 

Revisions

Our goal is client satisfaction. Most projects include opportunities for feedback and revisions as outlined in the applicable project agreement.

Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns promptly so adjustments can be made throughout the project process.

 

Digital Products and Deliverables

Any completed digital deliverables, files, documents, designs, branding materials, marketing assets, website work, or other custom creative products are non-refundable once delivered.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside of this policy may be considered at our sole discretion and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances of the project.
